You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian may need to approve your participation or sign a separate agreement. If you act for a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Submit information that is accurate, current, and yours to share. You are responsible for updating us if a material fact changes.

An application is a request for consideration, not an offer or promise. Forge may interview, reference-check, accept, waitlist, or decline an applicant at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Submission does not guarantee admission, funding, investment, credits, accommodation, travel support, introductions, or any other benefit.

Dates, locations, equipment, credits, speakers, partners, grants, and other program details shown on the site are informational and may change. A binding commitment exists only in a written offer or agreement issued by Forge and accepted by the relevant parties. If separate participant, grant, sponsorship, investment, or partner terms conflict with these terms, the separate written agreement controls for that subject.

You retain ownership of the applications, decks, code, media, and other materials you submit. You give Forge a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, review, and share those materials internally and with relevant reviewers or service providers only as needed to evaluate your application or operate the requested service.

Public use of your name, likeness, company, work, or story requires a separate permission, release, or clear agreement. You confirm that your submissions do not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

We handle non-public application material with reasonable care, but a submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, or attorney-client relationship and is not an NDA. Do not submit passwords, private keys, source code, or trade secrets that are not necessary for us to review your work. Any stronger confidentiality obligation must be agreed in writing.

• Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe security, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit material without permission, or misrepresent traction, identity, or credentials.
• Do not scrape, copy, or commercially exploit the site or its content except where law permits it.

The Forge name, visual identity, site design, writing, software, and media are owned by or licensed to Forge. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose. No other licence is granted. You may not imply Forge's endorsement or use Forge marks without written permission.

The site may link to services operated by partners, portfolio companies, social platforms, scheduling providers, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Forge does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

Site content is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security. Founder outcomes, fundraising figures, and past results do not promise future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Forge does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, acceptance into a program, or any particular company, fundraising, or career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For services supplied by Forge Venture Labs, Inc., these terms are governed by Delaware law. For services supplied by Forge Residency Private Limited, they are governed by Indian law. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction still apply. A signed program or commercial agreement may specify a different governing law, forum, or dispute process, in which case that agreement controls.

We may update these terms as the site or Forge programs change. The revised terms apply from the date shown above; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
