for the people who see things differently, and care enough to build what comes next. find your people. get to work.

you are in good company.

Maybe you have spent more time taking things apart than following the path laid out for you. Maybe the problem everyone else shrugs off is the one you cannot stop thinking about.

There are other people like you. Forge brings them together: contrarian founders with their own questions and the drive to do something about them.

have a reason to disagree.

A different opinion is a starting point. Follow it far enough to find out whether it holds up. Run the experiment. Talk to the people living with the problem. Let what you learn change your mind.

We back conviction that can stand up to questions. The kind you earn by looking closely and doing the work yourself.

follow the hard question.

Some questions keep finding you. You sketch answers in the margins, build a rough version after hours, and keep going when the first attempt falls apart. Pay attention to those questions.

Bring us something you believe should exist. Something useful enough to matter, difficult enough to demand your attention, and worth finding your own way toward.

before it looks obvious.

The early days are rarely tidy. The prototype barely works. The story keeps changing. You can see a possibility, even if you cannot yet explain it in a neat deck.

Show us what you have tried, what surprised you, and why you keep coming back. We want to know the person doing the building.

make room for the work.

A place to live and build alongside a small cohort of founders. Space to experiment. Help with the product, the story, and the conversations that could move things forward.

No programme fee. No equity for the residency. We handle the everyday details so more of your attention can go into what you came here to build.

get close to good people.

A conversation over dinner can untangle something you have been stuck on all week. Someone tries your product, catches what you missed, or asks the question you have been avoiding.

Live with people who care enough to get involved. Let them into the unfinished work. Get involved in theirs. Those relationships can last well beyond the residency.

give to the room.

Be generous with what you know. Say what you mean. Take someone else's strange idea seriously enough to understand it. Keep your promises, and own it when you get something wrong.

High standards and kindness belong in the same room. We are building a place where people can push each other further because they trust each other.

make it real.

Bring the rough prototype, the question you keep circling, the idea you have already started chasing. Tell us what you have learned and where you want to take it.

You can arrive with work still to figure out. Come ready to commit to it, share it, and help the people beside you do the same.

welcome home,
